G.M.E. 2026 catalogue is now available

The full 2026 G.M.E. catalogue is now available to procurement officers, distributors, and public-authority buyers. The release closes the 2025 Field-Tested feedback cycle and incorporates 14 product revisions across the MARCH algorithm.

What changed

Every revision in the 2026 release came back from medics in active operations — including ongoing operations in Ukraine. Highlights:

• Compressed Gauze: updated Z-fold sequence for faster single-handed deployment under glove.
• Chest Seal (Vented): enlarged adhesive area for better grip in cold, wet, or contaminated conditions.
• Emergency Bandage line: revised olive/tan outer for reduced Near-IR signature.
